About Us

Ann Blair is a full-time Realtor® partnering with clients to meet their residential real estate goals. Ann places her client’s best interest first and creates a positive and professional experience for all parties involved in each transaction. She has personal and professional experience with both resale and new construction working with sellers, buyers, rental listing and renters. To better serve her clients, Ann has continued her real estate education, earning the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer Designation (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA). Ann is an NIU Alum with a BS in Marketing. Prior to her real estate career, Ann was Director Quality Audits of Stericycle’s Expert Solutions Division. She has leveraged her corporate experience, continues to set high standards for herself, and upholds the highest level of quality in her current role. Born and raised in Chicago, daughter of a 38-year Chicago Firefighter Captain and hard-working mom. Ann and her husband Ken moved to Plainfield in 2003. Ken is a US Navy Veteran, previous Coca-Cola Route Salesman and now in his 15th year as PSD202 elementary school teacher. Their son Austin opened Lincoln Elementary in second grade, attended Ira Jones and graduated from PNHS. Ann believes that it is important to support to others and supports our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, Anne & Robert Lurie by donating in her client’s names to support medical research & is a PSACC Ambassador and Committee Co-Chair supporting our local businesses.
