About Us

St. Mary Immaculate Parish is located in Plainfield, IL in Will County. It is part of the Diocese of Joliet, under the direction of Bishop Daniel Conlon.

We are 8,075 families strong with a multitude of ethnicities, ages and members. We are diverse, prayerful and subscribe to our mission ''One Family in Faith, Making Christ Known''.

Parish Mission Statement:

We are the parish community of Saint Mary Immaculate, rooted in the scriptures and the Roman Catholic Tradition of the Diocese of Joliet. We are an active and diverse community, growing in faith. We believe we can unite as an accepting, affirming, and supportive community. Guided by the Holy spirit, and through the intercession of our Blessed Mother, we celebrate our union with God in worship and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We do this by loving, serving, and sharing our time, talent, and treasure with one another and with all God's people.
