-Think small handyman jobs – Installing ceiling fans, patching drywall, installing a kitchen backsplash, repairing a few deck board, etc.
-Light electrical – Replacing an outlet
-Light Painting – Touch up paint after patching up some drywall
-We handle the small jobs that don’t require a permit
• Our Work
-Our work is backed by a 1-year warranty, provided we purchase the products for the customer. If a customer wants to supply their own products, that is completely fine, but we can’t warranty the parts since we don’t know where they were purchased from or the quality.
-We provide our customers with an exact date and time for when we will arrive.
-The night before an appointment, the craftsman will call the customer to confirm the appointment. Having the craftsman call instead of someone from the office means he/she can ask any other questions about the job they might have and it breaks the ice with the client.
-A text is sent to the client letting them know the craftsman is on the way
-As the craftsman is working, they keep the client updated on their progress.
-The craftsman will review everything with the client after all work is completed and close out the job and collect payment.
